- Pre-call (30 min): We understand your starting point, your goals and your constraints.
- Preparation: We review your existing documentation (system landscape, data flows, pain points) and prepare the workshop.
- Workshop (1–2 days): Together with your team we work out baseline, target picture and roadmap.
- Results documentation: You receive a structured document with target picture, roadmap, quick wins and investment estimates.
- Follow-up: After 4 weeks we jointly review progress and adjust where needed.
Investment: €9,900 net · fixed price · 1–2 days on-site. All included: pre-call, preparation, workshop, results documentation and follow-up after 4 weeks.
